These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and interactions with Rianee.

Rianee reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We strive to display product colors and designs accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, fabric dye lots, and screen settings.

Product specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation and acceptance by Rianee.

Rianee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain orders.

Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized or made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer.

Once production begins, customization requests cannot be modified or canceled.

Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Rianee is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange requests must be made within the period specified in our Return Policy.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Customized, altered, sale, promotional, or clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Approval of returns and exchanges is subject to inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photographs, content, branding materials, and creative assets associated with Rianee are the intellectual property of Rianee.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Workshop & Exhibition Visits

Workshop visits may require prior appointments.

Visitors must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by Rianee staff.

Photography, videography, or reproduction of designs may be restricted without prior permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rianee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product involved.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for order processing, customer service, and business operations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where Rianee operates.
